What happens when your order is flagged as medium to high fraud?
WHY DO I NEED TO VERIFY MY ID?
For your protection and to make sure each order we fulfil is safe, we require ID verification to complete a purchase on anything your bank flags medium or high risk level of fraud.
If your order is flagged either medium or high, you’ll be sent a link to open with your phone after purchase, either to your email or via a text message. This will be your unique link that will identify you to the merchant.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
After your order has been flagged, we’ll send you a unique ID verification link. This will allow you to securely take a photo of your ID through an encrypted channel.
We utilize an ID verification service that will confirm the authenticity of your document.
Your ID will be scanned for authenticity, to make sure it’s not digitally altered or is a physical counterfeit.
After you upload a photo of your ID, we’ll verify it within minutes & notify the merchant you’ve passed ID verification. Then your order will be fulfilled.
CAN I DELETE MY PHOTOS AFTER VERIFICATION?
Yes, we honour every photo deletion request. Just email firstname.lastname@example.org with email@example.com CC'd along with your request and we’ll process it right away.
